Dr. Kirsten Singler

Looking back at my childhood, it’s no surprise I found my passion in naturopathic medicine. My family is full of health professionals such as doctors, acupuncturists, nutritionists, midwives, and herbalists. Early in life I learned the value of complimentary, holistic care. I always knew that I wanted to work in natural medicine, but it wasn’t until I moved to Arizona that I found that the naturopathic profession combined all of my interests in acupuncture, nutrition, and botanical medicine.
While attending Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, my dedication solidified as I learned that naturopathy is not just an alternative to prescription drugs and surgery, that it actually treats the root cause of disease. In this way, patients heal from the symptoms that plague them, in addition to healing the deeper, underlying disease processes that caused the symptoms to appear in the first place. This complete health transformation is the reason I love natural medicine. I love taking the time to listen to my patients, finding the root cause of illness, and treating each patient as the individual that they are. I love working side-by-side, empowering my patients to have more energy, more satisfaction, more vitality, more joy, more capability, with the goal that they achieve their highest potential and live the best life possible.
I am trained in general medicine, licensed as a naturopathic doctor, and have a special interest in women’s health, hormonal imbalances, thyroid disorders, digestive disorders, diabetes type II, weight loss, cardiovascular disease prevention and stress reduction. In addition to my training as a Naturopath, I have certification in botanical medicine and have worked as a nutrition coach since 2006.
I look forward to meeting you and the journey of health that we will begin!
